Service Description
If you or a loved one needs to go to the hospital, the Registered Nurse will accompany you to ensure you’re safe, supported, and fully informed. As your RN advocate, we help communicate with staff, clarify your care plan, and make sure nothing is overlooked. This helps reduce stress during a vulnerable time, ensures clearer communication with the care team, helps prevent delays or misunderstandings, and provides comfort to you and your loved ones knowing an RN is exclusively by your side. This service includes: support during check-in and admission, communicating concerns to hospital staff, monitoring for changes or needs, medication and treatment clarification, and updates for family if requested. PLEASE NOTE: This is an hourly rate service with a minimum of 2 hours. Max time spent per visit to be discussed with RN based on schedule availability and current needs.
